East Phillips Mural On E 29th Street

Since being back in Minneapolis I’ve been exploring more and more of the city as the weather gets warmer. This week I broke out my bike and biked to coffee shops to work. On my way to Peace Coffee I made a detour for Manny’s Tortas on Lake Street. When I got off the Greenway I found this awesome mural on the back of a nondescript building on 29th street.

Do Not Use This Fire Escape

This rickety old fire escape in the warehouse district has a sign on it that says not to use. I wish I knew what the rest of the sign was trying to say. Unless there is a fire?
